Environmental Sampling Request

EH&S provides environmental sampling services, either directly or through a qualified consultant. Please provide the information below to request services. 

Please provide a description of the scope of work, a floor plan, photos, or any additional information that will identify materials to be disturbed. A site visit to review the project will ensure all impacted materials are inspected.

Requests should be submitted at least two business days in advance of sampling. The standard turn-around-time for analysis is 6 business days, which includes overnight shipping. Faster turn-around-times can be requested, however will incur significantly more cost.
